DON´T FORGET TO BRING
Bring enough water (1 – 1.5 liters each person).
Closed shoes.
Your ID or Census Certificate.
Appropriate clothing for Trekking.
Something to eat like Snacks.
And of course, indispensably, your camera.

WHAT IS THE BEST TIME TO VISIT THE PATH?
The best time to enjoy the Sendero is early in the morning, between 08:30 and 10:00 a.m. Awaking with nature is a great moment.
In the summer months avoid the midday sun and the possibly associated heat.

SUMMER SEASON
In summer, we recommend visiting us in the early hours of the morning. Due to the temperatures, it is possible that we close the access before the habitual timetable. Keep in mind that the temperature that can develop inside a ravine can be quite high.
The best time is before 10:00 am, mainly if you come with children or older people. Keep this in mind and be responsible for your health.

RESERVATIONS – How long in advance to do the booking?
The Path of Barranco del Infierno has a limited capacity. In winter it is essential to have a reservation. If you come without reservations, you can be in the situation to kept waiting until capacity available or might not able to enter and return another day.

TICKET
You do not have to bring your reservation confirmation with you. The notification of your reservation on the mobile phone with your ID is sufficient.

15 MINUTES – Can I get a little later?
Because we have a limited capacity, come 15 minutes before the start time. We cannot guarantee your place if this is not true because there will be more visitors waiting to enter.

INCOMPLETE BOOKINGS – Why was my booking not successful?
In the unlikely case that your booking is not completed or you don’t receive a confirmation email, could be for several reasons. One of the most frequent is because the bank´s card security system is not compatible with our security system. Usually you will receive a confirmation code from your bank via SMS to enter it into the sales process. If your card doesn’t have this system probably the booking will be refused. Contact your bank to update the system and avoid this type of incident in the future.

PATH CLOSED – What happens if the Path is closed on the day of my visit?
Our operators check the trail daily, before deciding if the trail will be open. If you have a booking for Barranco del Infierno and we must close for meteorological or other security reasons, we will send you an E-Mail on the day of your visit at 08:30 hours. You can reply to this E-Mail to change the date of your visit or ask for a refund. Refunds are made to the same account of your card with which you made the purchase online.

CANCELLATIONS
If you have a booking and you are unable to attend, you must inform us three days before the day of your visit, otherwise you can’t request a refund. In the case of illness within the three days mentioned above, please send us a medical certificate to make the reimbursement. You can always change the date to another day.

PARKING – Do you have parking?
A few minutes from the entrance to the path there is a public parking, next to Casa Fuerte. On our website you will find a map with the recommended parkings.

MINORS – Can I go with my baby or a baby carrier?
Children under the age of 5 years old are not allowed to enter under any circumstances. Babycarrier is not allowed.
In addition, those under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

LUGGAGE – Is it possible to leave our suitcases somewhere and pick them up at the end of the tour?
No. We don’t have space to store luggage, suitcases, etc.

FOOTWEAR – What is the footwear to use?
Closed shoes. You cannot enter with Flip-Flops, sandals, and Hiking sandals are not recommended.

DOGS AND ANIMALS – Can I bring my dog?
Animals cannot enter the Path, it is a measure to protect the flora and fauna of the Special Natural Reserve.

HELMETS
It is MANDATORY to wear the helmet given in the meeting point. The Helmets are provided by us and are included in the entrance price.
